To sell and to buy. Hélas, appointments made when some of the agents did not turn up. With no excuse. Poor and shoddy photos of my property which despite my request to change, never were. Visits of my property made with no feedback whatsoever. Ridiculous offers to purchase made which the agents knew I would not accept. Promises to sell my property in a record time only so that I would sign an exclusivity contract.

En lo que se refiere a la gestión de Villadom y concretamente de Antonia en la búsqueda de la casa en la que estábamos empeñados, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento tanto por la variedad de casas que tenia en su portfolio como por la rapidez de gestión de las visitas, que creo recordar las hicimos en dos días que era el tiempo de que disponíamos. La decisión de compra la tomamos el 2º día con lo cual nos fuimos ya con el tema solucionado. No me olvido tampoco de la gestión administrativa de mediación en lo que se refiere tanto a la firma ante Notario como a la contratación o cambio de nombre de los contratos de Suministros ( luz, agua, gas, etc.) como a la contratación de la instalación del A.A., pintores, etc. que fue perfectamente coordinada con los consiguientes ahorros de tiempo.

Die Entscheidung ein Ferienhaus an der Costa Blanca zu kaufen, war rückblicken eine ausserordentlich gute. Bereits als wir mit der Suche unseres Traumhauses beganen, wussten wir, wie wichtig es sein wird auch eine gute Immobilenagentur und Partner für alle zukünftigen Belange zu finden. Denn jede grössere Anschaffung, die man in einem fremden Land tätigt, braucht die Klärung vieler komplexer Formalitäten.
